“My dog Mocha is a 6-year-old mastiff mix. He seemed to have hurt his leg or back while running and jumping for the new year’s fireworks. And a few days later, while jumping out of his kennel, he seemed to have hurt it again and this time it seemed more serious. I was so worried because he’s never been this way. He cried every time he tried to stand up and walk around. His front legs and shoulders were shaking when he tried to place his weight on them. I was terrified and needed help. But I also knew that taking him to the vet will definitely cost a lot, with all the x-rays, medicines and a short consultation, which might not fix his pain in the end. So my husband and I were contemplating for the options, and suddenly my husband found this chiropractic clinic in Kapolei, where we live close by. One might think “a chiropractor for dogs??”, but we thought we should try it, because recently we watched a random video on Youtube where dogs get chiropractic treatment and show funny/satisfied reactions. When we called in, the doctor was very flexible and considerate and we were able to schedule an appointment on the same day. It was so grateful because Mocha was in so much pain and couldn’t move around at all. When we took him to the chiropractor, my husband and I had to lift him together to get him in the van. That’s how much pain he was in. And then about 10 minutes after my husband took him inside, they came back out (after an initial treatment, to check if he felt better.. and then he went back in and got more treatment) and Mocha was literally walking normally without any scream. I heard many stories about chiropractic miracles, and this one seemed like one of them. I couldn’t believe how better he has gotten after one treatment. Of course it wasn’t a complete heal, and we went back a couple more times to make sure he was getting better, and every time Mocha saw the doctor, he felt much better. A few days ago, he couldn’t even change his posture without screaming in pain, but now he is walking around again and acting normal. I know he feels better since he now crawls under the table to get some pieces of food that my kids drop under their high chairs. We are so grateful that we have met Dr. Barber - he is a wonderful chiropractor and he really cares about his patients. I would like to give ten stars if I could! If your dog has joint/hip/back problems, don’t hesitate to contact this chiropractor! He will literally save your pet’s life and yours, too. ??????????“

“Dr. Young is a blessing to me. He has been so incredibly helpful and caring as I’ve hurt my back badly this past week. Massage therapists, doctors, meds could NOT help me but he did! He was recommended by my Aunty and so happy I decided to go! The front desk is very kind and helpful. They know me already! I came from crawling and not being able to sit down and although I still need more treatments - I’m so much better! He also is very receptive and understanding to pain level. Personally I’ve been to some chiropractors that have been .. “spiritual” or just tell me I’m overreacting or just overweight. Dr Young is professional and straight to business to help you! Go to him! “Wish there was more weekend availability but that's okay!My husband and I started going to IFC while it was still in Waipio. I haven't gone to them in a while, but I'm writing this review specifically for Dr. Stephanie.My "mouse shoulder" (office worker problems) started hurting randomly and I figured it's about time to go see my chiropractor again. When I discovered that my usual Doctor isn't working for IFC anymore I was sad but not disappointed after starting my sessions with Dr. Stephanie. She's cheerful, bubbly, and gets the job done. I loved hearing her story on how she got interested in becoming a chiropractor and I love doctors who are passionate about what they're doing and love coming in to work everyday.You know how people say managers can make or break a workplace? Well, that's why I had to knock off a star. Maybe management got better since I've been there but you don't lose a group of employees in a company in one swoop without good reason. How do I know this happened? Coconut wireless. But don't let the BTS stuff stop you from getting your work done with Dr. Stephanie. She is one of my husband and I's favorite doctors and we hope to start going to the Kapolei office to have our annual adjustments done soon.“
