“Been having lower back pains for almost 10 years, i was seeing another dr for about 5 years, but i would keep tweaking my back at work, the previous dr made me belive that my lower back pains would keep coming back because i was in construction and always had a tool belt around my waist.. so for 5 years ive wasted seeing this dr and i kept on thinking i was doing something wrong. I kept up with my stretches and work outs he recommended to help my back but nothing worked. Today was a blessing in disguised , i tweaked my back again at work to the point i couldnt stand.
