I had a fantastic experience at The Hawaii Kai Vetco. I have taken my Doberman Pinscher, Princess there several times since they opened, and it's been amazing. Dr. Jenna Wallace treats her patients like they're part of her family, and it shows.She is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She explains things in a way that's easy to understand, and you can tell she really cares about our furry friends. But it's not just her; the entire team at this clinic is outstanding. We have been looking for a new vet closer to home. So we decided to give the new Vetco a try. Everything was nice. People were nice overall good experience. One note I would like to mention that I took as a negative. The vet came in after treating my French bull dog and immediately gave me a handout on a surgery for clearing his air ways. The vet said my dog snores and squeaks. In actuality he does not snore. Also not sure how he could conclude that my dog snores when he was not back there long enough to sleep. Loved the staff at Vetco! This is the first Vetco in Oahu and I was so excited to take my fur baby there knowing I would get great service and great prices. I was right and I would drive 20 miles again just to see Dr. Wallace and her crew!
