Great studio, it's just a very small room. They have stickers for where to place yoga mats, but people don't use them so you get squished or hit arms with someone. The classes are wonderful, but bummer space is an issue & there's no enforcement on the students to follow so everyone has fair space, during class.
I worked for this studio for a short period while I was work-trading on the owner’s farm. I found the experience to be dishonest and manipulative. I was pressured to teach without a certification and continued to be pressured/manipulated to teach after voicing my concerns. When I put in a two weeks notice, I was ridiculed, shamed, and fired. I think this business has some gaps in their ethical practices and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I LOVE Sun Yoga Hawaii! I have been Attending classes regularly for 2 months now and really feel the benefits of the infrared hot yoga. The owner Michele has an extremely kind heart and makes me feel so welcomed at the studio and is also so encouraging. I love taking her classes along with the other yoga instructors like Junko and Clyde. I leave every class feeling renewed and refreshed. The signature yoga sequence paired with the heat feels like I am wringing toxins out of my body from the inside out. The classes are well worth the investment for your body, mind, and spirit. I highly recommend this studio!
