Regarding the Property Division: Found an apartment at one of their properties and was impressed with the property manager and office staff's professionalism and courtesy. The accommodated my need to move in a day earlier than planned. Once I moved in and found a couple of issues requiring attention they promptly corrected them to my satisfaction.

I have never yelped before - but terrible reviews drove me to this. I recently moved into an apartment at the Date Street location and found the staff at Okada Trucking wonderful! From the beginning it was a great experience. Jon met me at the apartment at the time he said he would. He showed me two different units and answered all my questions. Very nice guy! As for the woman that handles the parking - SHE IS NICE! She was nice when I met her in person and nice when I spoke to her on the phone. The mean post about the parking was from 2008 so it could be a totally different person in that position. I would have given them five stars but I did have problems with other tenants parking in my stall. The manager on site, Jourdan, did have me park in vacant stall until he could get a hold of the owner of the car. I wouldn't have taken away a star over that except for it took about 30 minutes of waiting in my car to get it straightened out. (Yes, I tried to find street parking but couldn't.) I still get people in my stall - but usually not that long.
