Came in for my eye exam on a Saturday morning. I called the day before to schedule and the receptionist told me they had a cancellation for the 8am on Saturday (following day), so I took it. The lady at the counter that greeted me was the sweetest person I have ever encountered when entering an establishment. We need her in all medical offices!! The exam was thorough and went well. It took about an hour. I had my eyes dilated, so Dr Brian gave me an insert to put underneath my sunglasses for added to protection. That was a life save because we went to the beach immediately after. I wouldn't have been able to stand the brightness of the sun if not for the inserts. I scheduled my next exam for next year. Even though I no longer work in the area, I will drive here because they are that great! Shout out to Kaitlyn who assisted with my prescription request the following Monday. An overall great experience due to the staff and the level of care they provide.
