First time I went here was a couple years ago for my semi-feral kitty who had been gone for a while and came back with a very serious wound in her leg that made her limp. Animal Clinic fit her in on the same day. (Kitty was forced to live inside after that). I moved my other cats to their care after the Aina Haina vet on Waialae moved out of the neighborhood. I have had nothing but great experiences with Animal Clinic ever since and appreciate their reliable communication and care for my kitties. Thank you!
We have referred many of our friends to ACH and everyone is so happy with the care that their beloved furbabies receive.The attention and care that our babies receive translates from the front desk staff, to techs, staff, and doctors. Everyone goes above and beyond to care for our babies (and those who have passed). From annual visits to urgent day of appointments. You can see and feel how everyone truly cares for their clients. They also know when to have those difficult conversations of choosing quality versus quantity of life. I can’t say enough about ACH - our family is truly grateful for the love care.We also love the convenience of the PetDesk app.
My first visit to The Animal Clinic went great - quick check-in, met with tech and vet right after check-in (hardly had to wait at all) and got the issue with my cat taken care of swiftly. Staff very, very nice and enjoyed meeting everyone.
