“Kim is the best. She takes great care in making sure every customer leaves happy. If you had a bad experience, you were probably rude. I recommend her to all my friends and clients and they’re always happy. Thank you Kim!“
“This is my go to for 12 years. No matter what is going on they always take good care of me and my family! All my Army uniforms, they are spot on. Working magic!“
“Such awesome and speedy service! I needed my dress hemmed for my daughters’ wedding and it came out great even though it had sequins.“
“I am always counting on her skill. It is hard to ask her for price list because it is all depends on the case such as material fabric and dress design/style.Thank you for your an excellent work.“
“In town for Kawaii Kon, my belly had grown a little since last I used my cosplay. Jenny was able to let it out and have it fit in time for convention. 10 stars ?“

“Lovely lady and very patient. Nice to get input to a fellow shorty like myself hehe. Would absolutely come back again :)“
“I bought this gorgeous Indian Lehenga that was unfortunately a size too small. Other seamstresses on the island were uncomfortable given the complexity of the lace and beading, and turned me away. Linh’s Alterations was able to do everything I needed - she did an amazing job taking out the waist 1.5 inches and increasing the top arm holes by 1 inch. The alterations are so seamless with this dress that how precise and meticulous Linh was with this dress! I highly recommend Linh’s Alterations and will be returning for bridesmaids dresses!“
“We had to get 77 coats embroidered recently and because of certain constraints each year, we can't get them done too early because we need to wait for the names that are to be embroidered. Having priced them out to the various embroidery shops, many times there is a long wait for completion unless you pay a pretty penny for each item submitted which makes the costs astronomical. This was my first time at Park's Embroidery and it won't be my last, I can tell you that. The shop is located in Kuliou'ou with no signage so you pretty much need to google map your way in. Watch out for the mama duck and adorable ducklings who frequently stroll through the driveway like human mothers casually pushing their babies in strollers for an afternoon walk. The shop is located through the French glass door off to the left. Once inside there are gazillion machines going off at the same time which you'd never hear or notice before you enter. You might need to call out to Mr. Park who you can barely make out through the many machines, until he pops his head out. This man knows embroidery and has been doing it for years on end. When I walked in, the machines seemed to be filled up with a sea of blue shirts from a notable school in the back of Kalihi. Mr. Park looked at my two huge boxes of coats, while I looked at his mountain of blue shirts plus the boxes of "yet to do" items placed next to the entrance and gave me the look my dad often sent me. You know, the one with the furrowed brow almost to say "you've gotta be kidding me right? You need them when?" Lol. But after some explaining from my part, that sweet man shook his head (like my dad did) and talked me through the details of my job. One thing that sets this store apart aside from the adorable Mr. Park is that his weave is much tighter than the previous jobs we have had done which will make your item last longer after washes. At first the thread on the sample looked darker than usual, but Mr. Park showed me the spool of thread we originally matched to my sample item and he was right. But his above and beyond service had him drive to another shop to get me a lighter green just so the wording would be brighter! Now that's customer service! And the price? Way way better than what I had paid earlier and was quoted from other businesses. As far as I'm concerned, I intend to use Park's Embroidery whenever possible in the future! The job was beautiful and I was so happy I brought him snacks the next time! Lol! Mr. Park you're the best in my book!“
“She fixed my shoe in a difficult spot! A great, quick alteration. I got my shoe back right away“
“Best place for alterations. The ladies are kind and very, very efficient. My spouse had two pairs of pants altered for just $25. They just knew how short my spouse wanted them and they fit her perfectly. Will always use them for future services.Get there early because parking might be tight. Just park in the front of their store and measurements should be quick.Plan accordingly because it's extra for expedited jobs. Aloha ??“
“Daniel is amazing!! He came and got my clothes and my husband’s clothes for a wash and fold and I got them back 2 days later! They smell and look amazing.“

“Rose was amazing, my clothes came out looking better than I even expected! She was able to accommodate me in her schedule and got my alterations done way ahead of schedule. This will be my go to place for alterations. Thank you so much Rose I will see you again!“
“Absolutely phenomenal, very kind and hard working. Turned around a new PC for me (rank + name tape) in 10 minutes or less. Very reasonably priced. Wouldn't go anywhere else.“
“She did a great job on my clothes and is a sweet lady and great prices ?Service: Women's clothing alterations“
“I was shopping for a new fragrance just before store closing the other day, and was graciously helped by Cassey. I described to her what scent notes I like and what scent I wear most of the time, and she quickly gave me 3 different scents that were right in line with what I am looking for. It's hard to decide on a fragrance with all the competing fragrances in the area; I like to wear the fragrance for a while - an hour or so - before I decide. Cassey set me up with samples of all 3 and even added the perfume version of one of them. Her customer service was spot-on and she didn't push me to buy immediately. Instead, she informed me and helped me and gave me space to shop. I am definitely going back to buy at Nordstrom - Ala Moana. Two thumbs up!“
“The service here is courteous, well-mannered, and respectful. They did an excellent job cleaning my clothes. The price of the four items I brought was fairly cheap, I even complimented them on it. Overall, I recommend this place.“
“Needed 2 jeans hemmed before leaving on my trip. I dropped it off Wednesday and picked it up Friday at noon. $15 each. The Korean gentleman originally said Pick one next week but I urged him I needed it before Friday night. He was nice enough to say OK come Friday at lunch time! Kudos to Samchon(uncle)! Decent price and great quality! I live near by so now I have a go to place when I need pants hemmed. They are also a 24hr laundromat so if you're in a jam..come here. Alteration and other services I believe is just Monday-Saturday..counter is closed Sundays.“
“My go to place to hem my hula dresses. The ladies are very efficient and provide quality service. Will continue to come to them for alterations.“
