Nesnick Total Health Sports Medicine

“I first visited Dr. Nesnick because I have a scoliosis and had been experiencing unbearable sciatic nerve pain for about 2 months. I literally could not move with the spasms taking over my body. I was living off of Tylenol and Advil with no real relief. I started weekly treatments with Dr. Nesnick and I was skeptical, it seemed like a slow process. Well its been one month now and I am moving like a new person. No pain, no pills and no complaints. I am feeling great! He is the best thing to enter my life. He and his wife Sharity are caring, kind people who only want the best for you. Nesnick Total Health is now a permanent part of my life. That practice keeps me moving and they are the real deal that knows what they are doing. Let Dr. Nesnick give you one adjustment and you will be hooked.“

Duke Health & Wellness Sports Medicine

“After suffering from neck and shoulder pain caused by a pinched nerve I searched for a chiropractor and luckily found Dr Duke. Within my first few adjustments I noticed a massive improvement. My pain level went from severe and interfering with my daily life to relatively minor and steadily improving. I also gained better range of motion and less stiffness in my neck. Throughout the entire process, Dr Duke communicated his expectations, laid out the treatment plan, and his walk through of the process continues to meet my expectations. Dr Duke's treatment has even helped with other issues that I did not initially come in for - helping to relieve years long hip soreness and shoulder misalignment. Overall, I am greatly pleased with the treatment I have received and would recommend Dr Duke to anyone seeking a chiropractor.“

A Step Ahead Physical Therapy Sports Medicine

“I saw Nathan for my achilles tendonitis. I appreciated the time he spent with me, analyzing how my various muscles were connected that were affecting my tendonitis pain, and providing exercises that helped lessen the pain. He always listened to me and I was pleasantly surprised how during my hour long session, I was his total focus of attention. Plus he was very kind. The whole office was very friendly and helpful. And I could tell by observing the other physical therapists, that they too had a caring relationship with each of their patients.“

Dr. Jason Addison Sports Medicine

“I started seeing Jason because of a bone spur, just behind my achilleas tendon, I developed due to running. It was very painful and at the time could not even run 100 meters without a high level of pain. I was told by an orthopedic surgeon to try every possible treatment before doing surgery because the involved detaching and reattaching the achilleas in order to grind the bone spur down. At my initial consultation with Jason, he explained to me a number of ways he could treat my ailment. He suggest to first start with deep tissue pressure, microcurrent treatment, and cold laser treatment of the area. After seeing Jason for a several weeks, I was able to run 2 miles pain free again. I could not be more grateful for Jason in giving back to me the ability to run.Jason and his staff are all very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend his clinic as I know you will be in good hands there.“

Resurgens Orthopaedics Sports Medicine

“I just had the big 70 birthday but I seem to think I am still in the teens. I retired recently and hit the gym for OCRs, then hit the streets for daily 3-5 mile jog/walks, then introduced myself to pickleball! Add this to the dancing a few evenings a week (West Coast Swing, Hustle, cha-cha,etc) that I have enjoyed for a few years. So, no surprise.... I was walking kinda funny and referred to Resurgens for hips review. My right hip required replacement and Dr Ross was the man of the hour. (I had first seen a physician who did posterior replacements but I wanted the anterior and Dr Ross was more than qualified). The first visit included imaging and a good physical assessment. I went for physical therapy and then continued on to surgery. The surgery went well and Dr Ross reported that there was more bone destruction than imaging showed... but my new titanium hip was GREAT! My recuperation was without complications and I was walking unassisted by the end of the week. Now, a year later, I have a straight gait and a possible sexy walk... LOL. SO, yes, I overdid it. Pickleball twice a day 7 days a week, walking 6-7 miles a day but put the dancing aside. The weather got cold and suddenly my knee was not cooperating. By the time I left the court, I could put no weight on my left leg. I was seen 2 days later by Dr Ross who did a 2nd follow up on my right hip as well as imaging and assessment of my right knee. Imaging clear but indications of a pulled ileotibial band (goes from knee to hip in the back). Dr Ross started the steroids and referred me back for physical therapy. Within 24 hours of the steroids, I was able to walk. (not sexy walk..LOL). I am anticipating the pickleball court and am now back to 5 miles a day, continuing PT. I have to say that Dr Ross and his nurse are so friendly, comforting and careful that I recommend them without hesitation. If I need a knee replacement in the future, you KNOW where I will be going!“

“Dr. Dennis was so great! And the staff at the surgery center were very professional. I had an epidural injection at L5. I had been in pain with sciatica for 6 weeks, and I felt some relief instantly. I know it can take a few days to a couple of weeks for full effect, but I feel so much better on day one. If you've ever had this pain you know. I had my first full night of sleep in 6 weeks last night!“
