My first two appointments with Doctor Zoe were amazing - X rays and explanations of my spine issues. Her intelligence is comforting and instills confidence. My last appointment lasted five minutes. I feel that this is too drawn out. I heard the explanation, but I need more, even if it is stretches that I do for homework. I did beg for stretches and was given a couple of ok websites. It takes me one hour to get there and one hour to get back home. It's nearly impossible to schedule an adjustment and a massage on the same day. It just doesn't make sense for me to continue. I will, however, refer my son to Dr Zoe for her thorough job taking and explaining x-rays.“

“I've been seeing Dr. St. Bernard for a few months now and my experience has been wonderful. The reason I started going was sciatica and constant foot pain. Dr. St. Bernard eliminated both of those issues within the first 2 visits. After Dr. St. Bernard gave me much needed relief from the aforementioned issues, my husband and I went hiking in May and long story short, I fell on the first trail and broke both ankles. I had ankle surgery on my left foot. When I went in for my next adjustment I was in a good bit of discomfort. I believe Dr. St. Bernard has helped me with healing faster, he gave me exercises to do at home. I told him I couldn't do one of them but he told me how to modify and two months post surgery, I feel my healing has progressed faster with his help. I was one to be skeptical about chiropractors but so glad I went, I look forward to every visit.
