I have had over 100 professional massages in my life my life but on today August 12th 2022 I went to lifetime in Woodstock and had the best massage of my life from Melissa H. She's got more certifications than you could ask for or and her understanding and knowledge of the body is unsurpassed. ?Todd B.

I had a lot of neck and shoulder pain. The massage seemed to help. I had an old gift card that has expired. I was a little upset because when I called I asked if gift cards expire and was told they do not. In their defense the card was very old.

I had the pleasure of booking my very first appointment at the Lifetime Fitness Spa. I had a stylist named Jackie, for my women's cut. She was a doll of a sweet person. Despite Covid 19, they are truly making ever effort to keep their people safe. I enjoyed an excellent service with extremely friendly staff and managers. Lifetime mountain brook has always been one of my favorite clubs. A pleasure and a joy.
