Flooring in Woodstock

“We had good experience with Concept Flooring 7 years ago for the flooring project of our house. Now we ask them to help us changing the master bedroom carpet to hardwood as the rest of the main floor.
They did a great job to match the 7 years old wood floor with a smooth connection. You can see the pictures below from the hallway into the bedroom. The craftsmanship is good too. We like the result a lot ?“

“I cannot thank Jenna Burton and her Team, Connor and Alyssa enough for how well they took care of us! I had them for the pack out of our home after our water heater burst and for our pack back in when we were all repaired. They were slow and kind with me when they first came to help, understanding that I was upset and unsure of next steps and what we needed to do. Jenna walked me through what they would do and what to expect, she sat with me and answered questions, even gave me her cell to be able to follow up with her later if I thought of more questions. The pack out went smooth and they were so incredibly organized, they asked me for clarification on some things as the day went on, and they documented and notated EVERYTHING. I felt better knowing they were being so thorough and careful. I have never seen so much bubble wrap! Pack back in was also smooth, they unwrapped all the furniture, wiped it all down and reset it in place. If something was unassembled, they put it back together. They knew every room where everything went and worked efficiently from the back of the house to the front. They organized all the boxes in the garage by room, and checked in constantly to see if I had any questions about how it was going or where anything was put. I didn't pick Puro Clean to take care of me, my insurance company did; but if you have a choice or are looking for a service company to do this for you, I couldn't recommend them more. I had a great experience and would use them again.“

“Wonderful experience with A&P. Justin was so pleasant to work with. He organized crews for our painting and flooring projects, and he's very particular in who he hires for his customer's jobs. We were allowed a free session with an interior designer, which I REALLY needed. Mel repainted our cabinets, did a fabulous job, and he was so kind.
