“On Nov 1, a 3d floor bathroom in my townhouse flooded, causing water damage in the bathroom, wood floors, 2d floor ceiling and wood floors.After water damage mitigation was completed, TRL came in immediately to repair/paint damaged walls and ceiling, replace the ceiling, bathroom tile and damaged wood flooring that removed for water damage mitigation. They worked even Thanksgiving week!Owner Nir kept me posted daily on progress and explained the work being done in layman terms. He promptly answered all of my calls and questions.They worked with my insurance adjuster to approve refinishing the entire 2d & 3d floors to blend the new flooring with the existing.Honestly, TRL's floor install on the damaged floors and bath tile is far superior to the original work only 2 years ago (new construction).Their refinishing work improved the appearance of the non-damaged flooring, which was not installed as well as TRL's work. I wish TRL had installed all of my wood flooring the first time.The TRL team are perfectionists, highly professional, super polite and know their stuff.The bathroom tile pre-flood didn't even meet the wall behind the toilet (I had the gap thickly caulked) - the floor is now tiled completely - no gaps. Again, much better than the original builders' work.So, TRL and (my now friend) Nir not only repaired my house, they did the work to highest professional standards. And quickly! They met a tight schedule based on how long my insurance provided me with temporary housing.We walked through this week & Nir even fixed a few issues that came up during the work, though not really his team's responsibility. Nir and team exceed expectations! Made lemonade out of my flooded lemon.TRL had my house thoroughly cleaned and I am moving home in a few days!!!“

“I have used Your Floor to install new hardwood flooring at 2 different houses. At my previous house, I got 3 estimates and Your Floor's price was the best plus the representative that gave me the quote seemed very thorough. I replaced all the carpeting in my house with hardwood flooring and they did such a good job that when I purchased my current house I decided to use them again to replace all the carpeting with hardwoods. They discovered that the subfloor was not good quality and replaced it, as well as adjusting the height of the door casings. Overall quality work at a good price.“

From the minute that we spoke to the time that they came to our our home to remove a carpet runner from our wood floors- was EXCEPTIONAL!Walid cares about his clients and came to the house a couple of times while the work was being done to check on the work which I APPRECIATE!
