I’ve been taking yoga here for about a year now, and I love how well rounded and intense their classes are. The professionals are well trained and practice what they teach. Lovely studio ?
Lovely studio with nice, friendly people. Parking can be a challenge, but that is no big deal. I especially love the community classes, which enabled me to continue my practice when I wasn't able to commit to a subscription.
One of my favorite yoga studios EVER! Great sense of community and variety of classes- my favorites are 26/2 (but don't do that if you are a beginner bc it is HOT) Yin, and warm Yin on Sundays. They have ashtanga, and flow but I personally don't care for a flow format. I love Gabriella, Aaron, Lena, and Dana's classes. They also have a good intro for $49/month unlimited so you can get a feel for it, if you like it and sign up for a membership after the intro there is a discounted rate.
