I love the CFY! I especially like the women's class on Monday's, lot's of personal attention which helps to get into or maintain the right pose and avoid getting hurt! I have never been injured doing yoga for over 14 years. I have been absent from class with Beth due to health issues and look forward to joining her class again on Monday nights. The studio is immaculate and very peaceful. Love The Center for Yoga!
