They offer wonderful yoga and Massge. I am bit older and they work always take an individual approach to help me and my body thrive. I am very gently challenged to do my best. I highly recommend their services.

My wife and I have been going to Posture Project for years. Annie and Shalan are just *the* best at what they do! My wife goes for both routine massage and yoga, and I've been for routine massages and occasional yoga classes as well. For the yoga, they explain the poses so well that even the "newbies" (like I was) can figure it out...….unlike some places that just mention the name of the pose, and assume you know how to do it. What they have done for a guy like me is amazing! I've been in 3 big auto accidents in 2 1/2 years (none my fault) and I have been living with pain for so long. The Doctors just put band-aids on everything, which would masked over my pain. MRIs, X-Rays, and doctor visits with no answers! After the first massage I felt different, the follow up massages I started to feel so much better. After 2 1/2 years my tailbone doesn't hurt when I sit down anymore! Ladies, you work wonders!
