“Dryer had stopped heating and I came in to purchase a new timer. I wasn't completely sure that that was what I needed, so the nice lady at the counter offered to test my parts if I brought them in. Even gave me the store's text number so that I could send pics from home. Ended up fixing the dryer myself with the help of YouTube, but if I run into any more appliance issues, I know exactly where to go!“

He tried to talk it through with me on the phone to no avail. He came right out and found the issue, which happened to be a mix up of wires at the air handler. I could not have fixed it.
