Dr.Lugo and staff were very welcoming and informative. Her calming demeanor made me feel at ease before the procedure and after. Adriana is the best! I call her the dog whisperer! My sister and I both got puppies from the same litter and had Adriana start training them (and us!) right away! They were a little under 3 months old and absolutely crazy and unmanageable! She is so patient and knowledgeable and helpful that I cannot say enough good things about her expertise and dedication to her business and what she loves! I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with discipline and having fun with their dogs!!

My son is 3 years old, he has had 2 visits here with Dani. To say I am blown away is an understatement. The front staff (Abby) went above and beyond to get my son an appointment and kept in contact with me the entire time which was greatly appreciated. Dani has already helped my son GREATLY with his confidence, which is awesome. Even more impressive is she has helped me with my confidence with Joey. I am so worried his arm could get hurt again and she's slowly helping me realize that he is capable of doing so much more than I thought he was. Paige did my color so well I was kind of nervous going to a new salon but she was amazing and she cut my bangs so good honestly the best haircut I’ve ever gotten for a really good price too!

Eric and team were great to partner with for adding lights, outlets, switches and speaker wire in my unfinished basement. They were thorough and made sure to check each box during the process. I’d definitely use their services again in the future.

After deciding to do some renovations in our home, I got quotes from 3 companies that were personal referrals from close friends. From there, we narrowed our choice down based on price, reviews, experience and also character and professionalism. A Step Above Restoration came in as our top choice without question for all those reasons. And after speaking with their team, it became more clear they were our front-runner. They are a family-owned business which means a lot in the current market landscape in our country. I want to support local, small business. One other great asset is the fact they're a one-stop shop; each team member has their own expertise so there are no sub-contractors involved. From HVAC, electrician, plumber and all other needs, they have it covered on their team; including the owner's son. ASAR have done great work for us and been top notch and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them!
I have been a Bug House client since early 2018 and have been a happy customer ever since. First, when We locked in our price for a quarterly service it was—indeed—locked in. We are paying the same quarterly price in 2024 that We were in 2018. That’s a quality lesson for fellow business owners in business retention. Secondly, when I call because I see a bug or two around in between my quarterly sprays, they come out within a day or two and spray again—free of charge. Over the years, I’ve had to call them out a few times to do a respray, and it usually does the trick. But the fact that they are prompt about it and don’t charge me anything is high class. Thirdly, their pest control technicians are top quality: they take off their shoes at the front door, they answer questions with intelligence, they politely ask if they can spray certain places, and they also arrive on time (punctuality is definitely a priority for the company). As I mentioned before, I’ve been a customer for six years, and I don’t envision myself switching pest control companies anytime soon or in the future.

Christian, Grant and team arrived on time, were professional and did an excellent job. They took down 6 trees, two of which were extremely tall. They didn’t break anything in my yard, not even the plants next to the trees, and did everything safely. I highly recommend them.

A wonderful practice! The facility was clean and outfitted with cutting age equipment. Everyone was kind and helpful. I had faith in Dr. Hall immediately...his intelligence and ability to explain were terrific...oh, and he is very good looking! I will be getting a new crown and walking out with the crown in place on the same day.

Dr. Bangle & Dr. Stortz have been my vet (dogs) since 2006. They are both fantastic- knowledgeable, thorough, kind to patients and their humans. My current dog Denali was a rescue who had never been vetted until I took him in so he is very skittish and scared during treatments. The staff here always work to calm him and get us in and out timely. Love my vets?
Dr. Bates is the best vet in the Athens area. I switched to Dr. Bates from another local vet who did not know my dog or me after 10 years. Dr. Bates has come to know my dog and has provided spectacular care and consultation as she has aged. She is now 13, and Dr. Bates continues to steer us in the best possible direction for my dog’s health and well-being, making sure we are able to make the most of whatever time she has left. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the animals he treats, as well as the owners as people. I would recommend Dr. Bates to anyone.
Dr. Bangle was a classmate of mine at UGA's Veterinary College. Spending four years learning/working/studying with someone can give one a pretty good impression of who someone 'is'. Dr. Bangle was one of our class's dedicated & hard-working students and that has carried over into his professional practice. I would (& have) trust him with my own pets. He's also simply a very nice person. Honest & thoughful.

I have just started using Tamika for prenatal massages. It was important that I found someone who was knowledgeable about pregnancy massages. The last 2 months of pregnancy have caused a lot of muscle strains/pain. I left feeling relaxed and more mobile! I preferred the more firm pressure- and she was great at that. You can tell she knows the body anatomy! I will continue seeing Tamika throughout the rest of my pregnancy, and after!
