We had a toilet problem and Remedy was out the next day to diagnose the problem and order the part, then installed the part the day after it arrived. Very professional and friendly service.
I am a facilities, manager, and Watkinsville and I’ve used remedy plumbing a dozen times or so now. They’ve always been quick and thorough to get our plumbing back to Good. This time around Jeff went above and beyond to make sure the building was in shape to reopen from the holiday.
