“Came to become a new member store hours state 11:00 am at 11:00 am the worker is just now opening the store proceeds to tell me before going an opening the store that is now late I’m in her parking spot I can move and when I say she is being rude in my opinion proceeds to tell me I’m the only one who has ever said it and I can take my business elsewhere. Just lost a LOT of money because I’m a dedicated tanner the unprofessionalism was uncanny. Very poor.“
