“I haven't had a spray tan in years so I was a bit nervous how it would turn out. Robin is absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what level I needed and how long I should leave it on, at just a glance. She was spot on! Very professional and made me feel very comfortable when normally I would be self conscious. Past places I used often left me looking dirty especially hands and feet and I would end up scrubbing and exfoliating after only a couple of days. I never had to do this with Robin's spray tan, not even when it started wearing off. If you are looking for a professional, beautiful spray tan, no matter what level you desire, please give Robin a call. I highly recommend and will never go elsewhere again. “Great place to tan, very clean, and affordable.Just be careful and make sure when you lock or freeze your Card that you get it in writing .I locked my card ( froze) and went 4 days later just to make sure and I was told by the Seneca Manager that it wasn't locked.I was livid. Being that my dog had emergency surgery ( over $1,000)So this was a big deal to me and my bank account.The manager told me it was never done, and so I asked her " what did I sign then?"I was very upset and literally almost in tears.To the point, the $ did not come out so it apparently was locked and I almost stroked out for no reason?!?Otherwise the place is clean nice and except for the one manager who looks at you so MEAN WITH PIERCING ? EYES, JUST FOR ASKING QUESTIONS, WHICH I THINK IS VERY unkind and unprofessional.She slammed the book down, when I asked for the corporate number.And just looked at me with what I perceived as Hatetred. And I'm saying this because this is EXACTLY HOW I FELT.I WAS A STORE MANAGER ( GENERAL MANGER) FOR YEARS, AND I KNOW FRUSTRATIONS COME OFTEN, BUT HER BLUE, HATEFUL EYES, I'll never forget.Just rude.How dare me, A hard working citizen dare try to get something resolved , I was never rude to her.Not once.She just acted as if she could have cared less about my worry , issue or problem“

“I would like to give a shout out to this location especially Morgan! I had some unexpected things happen during the month of June and was unable to tan. I reached out numerous times to get assistance with my draft with no response. I was finally able to make it into the salon on 7/13 and spoke with this sweet girl Morgan. She went above and beyond to help me and gave me the correct information to get this resolved. I appreciate her taking the time and want to make sure she's recognized for that!! So many times people working in customer service get negative comments more so than positive. Coming from a customer service background I understand that completely.
