“They came out to do a warranty repair on our Samsung refrigerator. The refrigerator itself is horrible. I would not take a Samsung refrigerator if you gave it to me free, let alone pay almost $4k like I did but that is not these guys issue.They made two trips, one to diagnose and one to replace compressor. They texted both times before coming out and showed up like they said. Very professional on both. They put down protective material to protect the kitchen tile when they replaced the compressor.
