“My GE refrigerator was making strange noises and freezing my meat rack. I call this company late at night. Surprisingly, a human picked up right away. She was professional and precise. She explained the cost and set me up for a visit the next morning. A young men (Alex I believe) arrived within the promised window, defrosted the fridge, clean up the cols in the back, removed the faulty motor, cleaned it, said that the motor needed to be changed and told me the cost. I agreed. He put it all back in place. It was less noisy. So, he asked me whether I still wanted it to be replaced. I said yes. He ordered the part, came the next morning. Installed it. “They came out to do a warranty repair on our Samsung refrigerator. The refrigerator itself is horrible. I would not take a Samsung refrigerator if you gave it to me free, let alone pay almost $4k like I did but that is not these guys issue.They made two trips, one to diagnose and one to replace compressor. They texted both times before coming out and showed up like they said. Very professional on both. They put down protective material to protect the kitchen tile when they replaced the compressor. They seem to be a very good company from my experience.“
