I have been with AMS for 4 seasons. It is a great first job and teaches valuable skills that will be used throughout your life. AMS is great about guaranteeing days off, teaching amazing work ethic as well as offering a great starting pay. I highly recommend this jobs to any teen who is looking for a job! This job has been a great community to meet friends as well as growing your work ethic!

The professionalism of the company and its employees are top notch. The customer service is one of the best I've seen in the industry. They strive for excellence in both life guarding and pool renovations so I would highly recommend!
