Neptune did an amazing job with our pool. They were fantastic from the design stage all the way through construction and working with additional vendors for our project to the completed backyard oasis. We would absolutely use them again! Pool contractor I hired to build my pool dropped the ball and never got my pool properly running. Good friend suggested I call Nick to see if he could help. Although Neptune does not use the same components my original pool contractor used, one of Nick's techs was familiar with the equipment so Nick sent him to take a look. Got me up and running and made sure all systems were properly connected to the app used to operate my pool. Also discovered my original contractor failed to properly wire and connect my heater so Nick sent his electrician to get the job done.
