I used A1 Appliance Rescue after a big appliance store was unable to install the new stove I bought from them. They left me stranded without a working stove and A1 Appliance literally rescued me from having to stay days without one until the other company came back with the right parts. A1 came to my home the next day and in a few minutes I had my stove working. Quick, knowledgeable and professional! Will use them again!Service: Oven repair

I had a small fan issue with an LG refrigerator and called A1 - they sent someone out the next day and he was on-time (yeah!). They sent out Marcel who listened to what I had done and then listened to the frig. After about 10min he had figured out the problem (ice had formed near the fans (in the internals of the frig) and needed to be melted or removed. Marcel offered two options - one for me to do and only have to pay the service call fee (reasonable by the way) and another for him to do it (also reasonable in cost). I had him handle the issue and he was efficient, effective, cleaned up, and very personable the entire time. He also let me watch what he was doing so I can handle the problem next time (unless my wife says to call A1 anyway ;) ). Would use them for all appliances and would specifically ask for Marcel if possible.
