Awful billing department. I paid through my banks billpay for years and then they changed their PO box without alerting customers. Now I'm harassed every other day for a missing payment because the check went to the wrong place. When I called they were useless on the phone.

Active provides terrible service. Inherited Active when they bought out Allgood . Nothing but issues . I have went with another pest company after fifteen years at Allgood now Active.

Dustin is my tech. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job. The office staff is very friendly and they always keep us on schedule, and their communication is awesome! I receive email reminders of upcoming visits, and then Dustin also calls the day before to confirm!
