Todd did an excellent job in inspecting a property that we are in plans to buy. He provided a thorough explanation of what was found and solutions to ensure that all issues and/or potential issues with this property are addressed.
Our technician, Channe, is phenomenal. A company is nothing without excellent employees, and Northwest is lucky to have Channe on their payroll. Apart from him, the customer service at Northwest has been phenomenal. I’ve done business with several pest control companies, and Northwest is polite, understanding, accommodating, and have crystal clear procedures (billing, scheduling, contracts, etc). Highly, highly recommend!
Channe was our exterminator today, he was super kind, very knowledgeable and on time! I hope the owner sees this because you have an amazing employee on your team.
