“This morning I went downstairs to my basement only to find I had a PVC pipe leaking at the "elbow" joint. I'm a big YouTuber so I thought I might consider trying my hand at it. I quickly changed my mind. Did not want to spend my Saturday with guess work. I had to turn off the water to the house so naturally that suggest this is of an urgent nature and required immediate attention. I sent a Video to Atlantis to see if I could get a reasonable estimate as quickly as possible. Rick was the person I spoke with, he reviewed my video and quoted me $525.00. I was eager to get this done so I immediately responded "yes." He promised (because I asked) if the quote was firm. He said, yes and guess what....it was the price he charged. Not a penny more nor a penny less. He arrived in about an hour or so with a gentleman name Tim. They both came inside, closely viewed the job and told me they would be back shortly, apparently needed additional supplies, they returned very timely (less than 30mins) and shortly afterwards the job was completed in less than 25mins. Must say that was the quickest $525 I ever spent but that's the cost you pay for professional service you can't do on your own. It is 4 hours later no leaks. I'm told I have a 6 month warranty and that my water pressure PSI is 82 and it needs to be lowered. He quoted me $575.00 to take care of it when I'm ready. I would recommend them.
