Dylan and his crew were excellent. He explained everything in detail and completed the work in just a few hours. i was amazed at his skill with his (transformer tractor ) and the precision of the holes he dug. I will definitely use them again!!!!!i
Scott of Delta Plumbing came by this morning to check why our gas fireplace insert was no longer firing up. He very patiently told us that the issue was with the appliance and not something he could help with. However, he offered the names of some local fireplace shops that we could call. Scott was extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He did not charge us for the house call since there was nothing he could do to fix our issue. We will be sure to promote Scott and Delta Plumbing to our neighbors and friends when the opportunity arises. Thank you so much, Scott and Delta Plumbing!
I can be quite particular especially with costly repairs. Travis was always reachable and took time to answer all my questions and address my concerns.
