“This morning I went downstairs to my basement only to find I had a PVC pipe leaking at the "elbow" joint. I'm a big YouTuber so I thought I might consider trying my hand at it. I quickly changed my mind. Did not want to spend my Saturday with guess work. I had to turn off the water to the house so naturally that suggest this is of an urgent nature and required immediate attention. I sent a Video to Atlantis to see if I could get a reasonable estimate as quickly as possible. Rick was the person I spoke with, he reviewed my video and quoted me $525.00. I was eager to get this done so I immediately responded "yes." He promised (because I asked) if the quote was firm. He said, yes and guess what....it was the price he charged. Not a penny more nor a penny less. He arrived in about an hour or so with a gentleman name Tim. They both came inside, closely viewed the job and told me they would be back shortly, apparently needed additional supplies, they returned very timely (less than 30mins) and shortly afterwards the job was completed in less than 25mins. Must say that was the quickest $525 I ever spent but that's the cost you pay for professional service you can't do on your own. It is 4 hours later no leaks. I'm told I have a 6 month warranty and that my water pressure PSI is 82 and it needs to be lowered. He quoted me $575.00 to take care of it when I'm ready. I would recommend them. Both were friendly and professional. Robert was very knowledgeable and efficient. Good team Robert and Tim!“

“Needed a whole new water main after the freeze we had recently. It wasn't just the leak that caused the replacement, but very old lines that were probably done in the 60s. Who knows...the house was built in 1940 and the line was rusted out. Great communication, and very professional. Scott only uses copper pipes so top quality, too. Plus his price was more than fair. “I called these guys out based on a response from another plumber. I had my septic tank pumped out earlier by a group I was very unhappy with. I will not leave their name here, but I was extremely disappointed. When that previous company came out, they cut through my sprinkler system, destroying one of the multi zone valves, including the wiring, the plumbing and everything. As part of it, they claim to fix my issue, and even though I had to ask the guy at the time about my shredder/extraction pump he stated don't mess with it. It will just cause you more issues. Fast forward two months later and I had brown water bubbling up out of the ground. So, I called this group. Stacy came out and quickly identified the issue, and as he uncovered each of my tanks, he showed me very clearly what was wrong. One of the first times one of these guys have spent the time to show me and educate me on exactly what was wrong and why. They worked through the weekend to get me back up and going so that my house did not flood and back up with gross brown water. Additionally, they provided me with good information on maintaining the system. They are not the cheapest by any means, but I am very happy with the work. Additionally, they were very responsive, very professional, and easy to work with.“

“This was the 4th time I have used Fair Trade Plumbing & Septic, from pipes that burst after freezing to pumping my septic tank and anything in between. I wish I could give them 10 stars. All the guys are so friendly and down to earth. They do a great job and always clean up afterwards. “It was a Saturday when my front yard hose bib broke and I ended up calling a well-known (advertises on the radio) plumbing company that was able to come out within two hours. Apart from the emergency service fee (which I was fine with) the cost to replace the bib I thought was too high and this company would not do frost free. I spent the next few weeks reaching out to a number of plumbing companies who all quoted a little less (going by the pictures I sent). And then I called Pam. We must have spent a half hour talking about the hose bib and all things plumbing. I talked to her about the other items I also needed to have looked at and she provided options. Due to the stormy weather, we kept an appointment date flexible. When we settled on a date/time her team of Robbie & Katie came when she said they would. I also agreed to have them replace the pvc parts with copper. It was a suggestion she made and personally I prefer metals over plastic. Robbie & Katie worked great as a team and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Once the bib had been replaced Robbie also looked into a low water pressure situation in one of our bathrooms. He spent more time trying to find a cause than other plumbers who had been called in specifically for that issue. Pam the Plumber is fairly priced and truly cares about doing a great job. Hopefully I won’t need her services too often in the future, but she will most certainly be my only call.“
