Mark returned my call quickly (on a Sunday no less), made a visit the next day, and took care of the problem immediately. He was friendly and helpful, and was able to explain the problem clearly. Price was very fair too.Update 8/29/2023: We called Mark to replace our 25-year old HVAC system, and he quoted us a very competitive price. My A/C went out on July 4th. I called Mr. Reynaud thinking that I would be leaving a message, but he answered and within an hour was at my home to diagnose the problem and put getting it fixed into motion.
