After having another HVAC company out twice and my AC Unit still not working, I called Air Comfort Designs. They came out the next business day and I don't have enough words to express my positive experience with them. Not only were the technicians extremely knowledgeable, they got to the root of the problem and didn't just do a quick patch job in order to leave faster. They gave me detailed information and explained the problems and showed me what caused the issue. There was no hidden agenda or bait/switch mechanic tricks. My husband and I had new heating and air installed and ask Mr. Glover could he please move the location somewhere else for it was getting harder for my husband to get under the house. He checked everything out and was able to accommodate us. We have a split level house and very hard to get everything circulated properly but Ricky and Jordan did a remarkable job. We would recommend Air Comfort Designs to anyone for once I selected a five star company which nowadays you don't find anymore. I need to add one more comment Ricky and Jordan were always very professional. Thanks again.
