Chip was amazing! My furnace went out couple days ago and wasn't blowing any heat, so I called Chip and he came out on the 8th. When he got up to my furnace he told me that whoever installed my furnace in my house installed it with the wrong capacitor which ultimately ended up burning out the fan motor which is why I was not getting any more heat and why It was making that loud buzzing noise every time I turned it on, so he informed me that my parts are under warranty and that he would go get them and change them outSo he left and came back and did just that. Oh my gosh. My a/c started blowing warm after at 8pm and I called Franklin D Smith Heating & Air and they were able to come out the next morning. He walked me through what was wrong and then promptly fixed it. So sweet. So kind. And knowledgeable about his craft.Service: A/C system repair
