After having another HVAC company out twice and my AC Unit still not working, I called Air Comfort Designs. They came out the next business day and I don't have enough words to express my positive experience with them. Not only were the technicians extremely knowledgeable, they got to the root of the problem and didn't just do a quick patch job in order to leave faster. They gave me detailed information and explained the problems and showed me what caused the issue. There was no hidden agenda or bait/switch mechanic tricks. They even gave me advice on upkeep that I can do myself to maintain more efficient units. It is very difficult to find GREAT repair techs (especially as a woman), but I will continue to use these guys and highly recommend them to everyone I know!
