“My air conditioning broke down last Sunday and I contacted the owner of Georgia Spec by text and not only getting a response on Holiday wknd but also a diagnostic on what might be broken.
Understandably there was not tech available to fix it that day but it was taken care of today with in 10 mins and the phone diagnostic was correct, a broken capacitor.

“It was over 10 years ago when I first called Bolton Refrigeration AC Repair. My old unit had quit working. Anthony and his crew came out soon and replaced the indoor and outdoor units. “My system died a few weeks before listing a house on the market. All Temp came out, provided a price quote, said they could pull everything out and install everything same-day on a Wednesday so the house could be sold on a Thursday. They got everything ripped out and a completely new system installed inside and outside unit. Unit is amazing and this morning the house was 79 degrees... I changed it to 68 degrees and by the time I left the house to grab some items and returned 30 minutes later the house was at 68 degrees. I showed him what the issue was and let him go up in the attic to the central unit... not even 5 minutes up there he had fixed the problem. “Moss Mechanical (Michael) came to my rescue for what seemed like a complicated job, but wasn't. Michael responded to my Thumbtack project within the next day or it may have been the same day. He learned how urgent I needed my problem fixed and tried to fit me in on a Sunday when he does not take on jobs. Due to my schedule, he came the following day (Monday) and after assessing the issue, fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. The problem was: my outside dryer vent is shaped in a rectangle and the standard round hoses would not fit after failed DIY attempts, adapters, bigger hoses, etc. Michael was my saving grace and now a saved contact for future Duct work. “Outstanding service , They replaced my system with a much more , efficient and cost effective system. I had 4 other companies come out and give me a estimate and joeys beat all there prices. The men who installed my system were very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely efficient. They had it all done and running within 2-3 hours. The young man helping with the installation even insisted on sweeping the floor under the attic access, where some of the insulation had fallen onto the floor. “If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ll start with the lovely woman who answers their phone, she is always so warm, kind, and understanding. Each time I’ve needed an appointment she fits me in ASAP. We had our heat go out due to a clogged tube, and Mack came out right away, fixed it, replaced our air filter, and installed a light bulb to make accessing our crawl space easier. The price was unbelievably reasonable, and when our heat went out a few weeks later he came to check it out free of charge. These folks are the best, I’ll never use anyone else for my heating and air needs.“
