“He is a trustworthy, reliable, honest & very dependable company KCS Heating and Cooling company. I would never dream of using anyone else. Being a widow almost all companies will try to fast talk to see how much they can take from me. (Like when I had a dodge avenger every time I took it in it to be serviced, the man would sale me points & fuel injector. After I sold the car I found out it didn't have Points & fuel injector didn't go out that often. Not funny I could have been your mother or daughter).But back to KCS another company said I needed to change it all out, KCS said no he fixed & replaced what need to be and instantly changed my power bill. When he left I didn't feel broke and worried about tomorrow. I would recommend this company to anyone especially to my loved ones.“

“Moss Mechanical (Michael) came to my rescue for what seemed like a complicated job, but wasn't. Michael responded to my Thumbtack project within the next day or it may have been the same day. He learned how urgent I needed my problem fixed and tried to fit me in on a Sunday when he does not take on jobs. Due to my schedule, he came the following day (Monday) and after assessing the issue, fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. The problem was: my outside dryer vent is shaped in a rectangle and the standard round hoses would not fit after failed DIY attempts, adapters, bigger hoses, etc. Michael was my saving grace and now a saved contact for future Duct work. Thanks Michael for your professionalism and great quality of work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!“

“My Hvac system was brand new and the original installers were unable to get it to work. They were paid to do all the duct work and it never heated my house or cooled it. Phil spent 12 hours redoing all my duct work and redoing all the installation on the HVAC. It works like a charm now. He and his crew really know what they are doing. I highly recommend GeogiaSpec. I will only use Phil and his crew from now on. They are honest and they are reasonable, as far as, cost. Thank you so much Phil.“
