“Recent storm did severe damage to some of my property and especially my fence. After two days of no responsiveness from the original assigned contractor, I asked my insurance company to find me someone else. They recommended Residential Concerns and in less than 30 minutes they reached out to me. When told that my property was exposed and unsecured, David said he would have someone out before the end of the day. It is now 5:20pm and they already secured the fence. Phenomenal job !!!“

“A Tornado had come near our house and we were concerned that we might have some wind damage on our roof. Well, it was much more than we realized!
We called Sure Thing Roofing and they inspected our roof and said that the roof on my house and garage were damaged and would have to be replaced!
I called my insurance company and they sent out a(field) adjuster who went up on the roof of my house and garage with My contractor (Sure Thing Roofing)and told us the wind damage was extensive and the roof would qualify to be replaced!
The information was sent by him to the Office Adjuster and he looked over pictures and agreed with the Field adjusters opinion and for us to get back with our Contractor and have it done!
Sure Thing Roofing took the lead and handled completely all of the installing and was very Progressional and kind communicating with us on all the steps they would take
The roof was completed in a timely manner and our new roof’s are beautiful!

There are still a few remaining small issues that have been uncovered that need to be addressed, and those issues are getting tracked for completion on the app used for the construction of our new home.

We would definitely build with Dustin Shaw Homes again in the future if the need would arise.“

“We were cautious about who to hire and wrote up a detailed list of specifications that became part of the contract with Cranford Homes. We ended up deviating on a few items but ended up within 10% of our budget. The overages were because of some higher quality selections that my wife and I decided during the process of selecting carpet, countertops, etc. We found Billy and his team to be very responsive to questions throughout the process and completely trustworthy while they worked in our home over the 3 to 4 months that the project took to complete. The fact that Billy had an onsite superintendent meant that subcontractors were always kept working and doing the work correctly and up to our standards. Billy accepted our ideas into the scope of the project and he also provided some great ideas and advice throughout the process. When issues arose during the project they were always dealt with quickly whether the problem was discovered by Billy's team or myself. I had no problem getting quick responses from Billy whether by email, text message, or phone call. Cranford Homes was not the lowest bidder for our project, but Billy was recommended by another contractor friend of ours who we trusted. We vetted Cranford homes and they are licensed, bonded, and insured. The quality of the work is excellent. Near the end of the project Billy found a few things that he didn't consider up to his standards such as some trim that was 1/4 inch or so too high because the installers planned for hardwood floors instead of LVP. Billy had has team tear off the finished and painted trim and re-do it. Billy also gave us a complementary upgrade of some stained shiplap in our custom built bench seating area and island in our home theater. The stained shiplap was an idea that I had after the project started but I wasn't going to do because I didn't want to increase the project budget. Billy did the upgrade at his cost because he thought it was such a great idea and it really adds some character to the rooms. In all, we love our Cranford home.“
