“In early September 2022, I experienced extensive water damage under my sink that extended into the living room. After the cleanup, three restoration companies did follow through with the repair. I met with Kimberly Lacy-Lightford in March 2023. I decided to upgrade the kitchen. Kimberly brought samples of tile, backsplash, paint and hardwood for me to choose from. Her construction team upgraded my 23 year old kitchen and placed new hardwood flooring in the living room and hallway. They were very professional. I am very satisfied with the project. I highly recommend Firesign Design Build LLC.“

“Excellent service. The technician was subcontracting through another company. His work was quick and excellent quality. He refinished my bathtub so it looked virtually new. The bottom had been basically worn out after 11 years of use. What I expected to take 3-4 hours, like mentioned by the main company, took about 30 minutes. I wish that I could have located him directly because his price was a lot more reasonable than going through the main company. Especially after seeing how quickly it was done. All in all a great and professional experience. I would definitely recommend him opposed to paying the higher cost of going through a larger company and paying the additional overhead.“
