I have rented a house managed by Benchmark for over 3 years now and am sad to be moving. I just wanted to leave a review about how great they have been to rent from! They make payments and maintenance requests easy because they can all be done with their website. Every time I have had a maintenance issue (and it has been rare), they have always called the same day and sent someone within 24 hours. If you are looking to rent a place or have someone manage your property, I trust they will do a great job! I wish they were managing my new place!
