It's unfortunate that we are having such a difficult time with this company. If you are a small business, I recommend looking else where for property to lease. They aren't interested in helping small business. We made a terrible mistake of signing a lease on good faith and a projected move in date.The space was expected to be ready the first of October and we signed in mid August. It is November 29th and we still don't have a move in date. A 6-week project for a small business has turned into 14+ week project. They don't seem concerned about the time it's taking and have excuses for everything.
