“Both my husband, Bob, and I have done Yoga with Charlene for about 6 years- in different locations and on Zoom during Covid. I still do yoga with Charlene when we are back in Florida with the wonderful videos she provided during Covid.Charlene is the most generous, giving, sharing, caring and loving person and yoga instructor we have ever worked with. She helped Bob with therapeutic yoga- taught me to feel good about using props- expanded her heart and her experience in so many directions.
