All of the instructors here are incredibly kind and very welcoming. Since beginning my yoga practice at Yonah Yoga, I've made an attempt to come to a class once a week. It's become something I can look forward to!!

It is a true gift to have Yonah Yoga in Sautee! The instructors (especially Charlene) are incredible and offer variations for all levels. Classes are dynamic and the flows vary each week. Classes are also rooted in traditional yogic teachings, which I appreciate! I recommend Yonah Yoga in the absolute highest regard!

I had the pleasure of attending Charlene’s yoga class at a treatment facility, where she would come and do sessions for us Monday - Friday. It was the class I enjoyed the most while I was here. I always left feeling relaxed & serene. Charlene is a great teacher and has a deep passion for not only yoga, but the clients as well. I’m grateful I was able to experience her teachings. I plan on continuing to practice yoga in the future.If you see this Charlene, sorry I didn’t have a chance to say bye! I tried to attend today on my last day here (Wednesday), but class was canceled. Thank you!
