Once again, I had an excellent experience with Anthony Perez and Mark “Muscles,” who came out on Wednesday, September 17th to replace my old leaking hot water heater with a new tankless system. From start to finish, their service was outstanding.

They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and explained the entire process clearly before getting started. Anthony and Mark worked efficiently and made sure everything was installed properly and safely. They even took the time to walk me through how to operate the new system and answered all of my questions.

Not what I wanted to hear. I’ve used Ridgeway Mechanical in the past for other projects. So.Called Ridgeway Mechanical again to see if Salvador could come out and give an estimate. Made an appointment. Salvador showed up at the exact time, confirmed the problem and gave an estimate. We called back to set up the repair. Ridgeway, sets up the repair for a Saturday @ 8:00. Salvador shows up at 7:59am on the dot, does the work and heads off to do the next job. 2 hours later…. Done. Clean job. This guy knows his stuff. Ridgeway is blessed to have him and I’m blessed to know Ridgeway.“

A bird had been trapped inside the wall near the fireplace; I managed to get him out of the wall through the side of the fireplace into the living room and out the front door but couldn't figure out how he got inside the wall in the first place. When I explained what had happened to Matt, he went up on the roof and Julio went into the attic. Matt identified the problem at once and explained what needed to be done to correct it. We already had wire mesh around the flue but there was a space around another part of the flue that needed additional mesh. Now I have before and after videos of our wildlife-proof chimney. Thank you, Matt, for a job very well done!“

I had even been quoted less, but then after learning more from his very helpful explanation, I realized that I was being quoted a smaller amount but for a far less effective method.
