“I had an outstanding experience with Buddy Russell at this office. I referred to him for a fitting for specialty contact lenses. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the pros and cons. He did not try to sell me, just presented the information and let me decide. It took several weeks to get an appointment with him, but I'm glad I waited. I know I'm in good hands.“
“E X P E R I E N C E I have extension vision history and have considered lasik for a long time. I wore Ortho-K (hard corrective contacts) when I was 6 years old until 12 years old. Then have been wearing soft contacts (I hate glasses- bouncing around my face making me motion sick, and the side view limitations/distortion) for loong time after that. My vision is -650/-675. I did extensive research on which doc and company to go with. I've had several close friends come to this location and have a wonderful experience. The pre-procedure doc (Indian lady) said that they treated a woman of -1200 (my mind literally doesn't understand what that means bc without glasses, I could barely read a foot in front of me and anything more than a foot, were shapes and colors to me). This place, is the bombdiggity.com (does that expose my age lol). ***Initial Consultation: You'll go in for a consultation. Do not be alarmed at the sheer number of people there. The turnover is quick! I went in at 8am, done by 930am. They even offered same day procedure (but due to personal obligations, it wasn't a viable option for me. So I opted to do it 3 weeks later). ***Day Of: Overview: Check in. Sign papers (they really CYA bc they make you sign multiple paragraphs and parts of the paragraphs multiple times to make sure you understand lmao). Pay. (GO PEE NOW). You'll meet Dr Smith for a last assessment. Then procedure. Then Head home! I arrived at 7:55am for my 8am scheduled time and I was done by 10am. *The Procedure: From the moment you are called in, to the moment you walk out, it's a 15 min situation. You'll put your stuff down. (feel free to throw your glasses out the metaphorical window). You'll put on a bonnet. The staff will have you lay down on the OR table (in between two machines). It's a little chilly in the room (we love that. Less bacterial growth) and there's cool funky classic music on (makes you conflicted because i wanna dance but not really because I was nervous for the procedure loll it was calming/uplifting). They put some guaze on either side of your eyes then they'll flood your eyes several times with the numbing drops (It's really soothing). The doc comes in, floods your eyes again. Slides you under machine to the right, puts these clamps under your eyelid to keep your eyelids open (doesn't hurt I promise; you just see him doing stuff but no pain). Then tells you to look at the green light, then he puts this plastic looking circular thing (I bet you love my very proper official names) and presses down on your eyeball (all you feel is pressure. Again, no pain. My vision went black and I could see spots of light). Then he slides you over to the machine on the left and that's where the magic happens. Theres no light or laser to look at; so just look somewhere in the middle. (I just saw a bright white screen with white lights in a circle. He counts down "5 seconds'.."3 seconds"..."Done!" which is so reassuring). Your first eye is done. (Literally it's done before you know it). Repeat second eye. Then you're told to sit up. (I thought I f-ed it up bc I didn't know where to look for the second machine, BUT when I sat up, it was so hazy BUT I could already see better than without my glasses T__T it was. Amazing.) Walk over to the third part (separate machine), where he floods your eyes with more numbing drops and uses forcep like tools to go fishing around on your eyeballs (again, doesn't hurt. It's just weird lmao I'm assuming he's laying the corneal flap down properly). You look at a green dot. As he's moving the (I'm assuming) flap around, this large fuzzy red circular shape appears. You hear clicking and smell something burning. A few seconds and it's done. Repeat second eye. I literally gushed at the doc and the two staff members and thanked them (I was still stunned from the procedure tho) and walked out. YOU'RE DONE. (I could read some text on my phone!) Get home safely! *Post“
“If you need great eye care come see Robbie! He is so kind and super knowledgeable. Amazing experiences hands down!!!“
“This entire experience was 5-Star from the time I walked into Dr. Ray’s office. Each member of her team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Ray was personable, caring, professional and a phenomenal Clinician. I’ve found my Doctor of Optometry!!!“
“So glad I found Eyeclectic. Dr. Knouff was patient and thorough, addressing all of my concerns. Eyeclectic has a great, curated frame collection — high quality Salt, Tom Ford, Orgreen. And the opticians do a great fitting. Thanks, Tim and David! Now I can see, I look nice, my frames are comfy. Yay!“
“I have been a regular patient in this practice for about 10 years, and last year, the ownership changed to Dr. Ashli Colver. First, I was not sure if I want to stay since I had many other options closer to my home, but the new practice owner exceeded my expectations, plus the two long time associates, Becky and Matt, are very accommodating as usually, when I bring my old glasses there, Becky always fixes their frames and gives me the best advice. I love the new trio there and highly recommend them to everyone!“
“I have gone to Dr Ahmad for 15+ years. She is professional and an personable. I trust her completely and drive from Acworth to Roswell to see her.“
“Great staff! Very friendly! And Dr. Reynolds is the BEST! She takes her time, explaining all incredibly well! I completely trust her with my eye health!“
“Allyson was incredible! Realigned my glasses in a matter of minutes. Excellent service highly recommend!“
“Lisa was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The other assistant in there was equally good and keeping the site clean and efficient.“
“I was so pleasantly surprised by my first experience here - and would definitely look forward to going back. The staff were all super- friendly and personable and pleasant, and also very efficient. Dr. Choe was great. She took time with my s.o. and me (we had back-to-back appointments) and listened to each of our concerns and our individual vision issues. She made a recommendation for me that was fairly different than my previous doctor and prescription and the improvement is already very apparent. This experience far exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend!“
“I think the overall 5 star rating speaks for itself. Easily the most professional provider in the city.“
“Everyone of the staff were very efficient. They answered all my questions about medications I take that can affect my eye sight. We discussed cataract surgery and was referred to a local doctor for that. I highly recommend Hazel Family Eye Care.“
“Whole staff is incredible! Not a single bad experience in the process. I was informed that with my age (43) I might still need reading glasses after the procedure... not the case at all. They did an amazing job. I hate that I waited so long to have it done. Thank you all so much.“
“We had a positive experience with Dr. Cook and his staff. They were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services. Thank you Dr. Cook and team!“
“Amazing care and service exceeds expectations. Dr. Patel is one of the best doctors I’ve received care from. She is thorough, attentive, and pleasant. She answered all of my questions and genuinely seemed to care. The service there is outstanding as well. I recently had to have a pair of glasses repaired that I purchased from Windsor over a year ago. Despite having nothing to do with the frame getting damaged themselves (was likely caused by another eyeglass shop) and the frame being out of warranty, Windsor repaired my glasses for free— I didn’t even make the request. 12/10 recommend.“
“I'm the first one to tell you that I was not happy to transition from contacts to glasses but Gazelle Eyecare demonstrated great service as usual. I'm happy and quickly adjusting to my new glasses that I have purchased. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now and glad that I had made my initial visit then. Great work to the Gazelle Eyecare staff.??“
“They're really helpful, I've been coming here for over ten years now. I would highly recommend this place to everyon.“
“I have looked for how to edit my review--- it took an extra 5 days, which in my circumstance was infuriating. That being said, Tiffany went above and beyond. The glasses were created and shupped. tracking had shown them as being non town, but UPS took an additional 5 days to deliver them. It wasn't Stanton's fault, and Tiffany more than made up for the rude encounter I had last week. The exam went fine; the glasses are amazing and I love them. so long as ups does their job, Stanton is a good choice for glasses.“
“I agree with the other reviews—this is the best eye doctor in GA! I went in for an eye exam and contact lens fitting, and had a top tier experience. Dr. Bond is communicative, gentle, patient, and extremely thorough. She recommended a new brand of contacts that are just amazing and protect my eyes like never before, since I work in front of a computer all day. Ed worked tirelessly to help me sort out numerous insurance and billing issues (I go through Davis Vision which is a notoriously difficult insurance company to communicate/deal with). They are truly rockstars and one heck of a team!
10/10, would recommend. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!“
“Love Dr. Pence, Saundra, Alethia! Everyone is friendly, professional, office is clean, quiet! Highly recommend!“
“The staff at Specs Appeal were amazing. Each person explained what was happening throughout my visit. I will definitely be back!!“
“We love Family Eye Care of Atlanta! Dr. Locke and her staff are so kind, welcoming, patient and caring. We drive an hour just to see them. They are especially patient with my little one who is autistic and requires more explanation and patience. Great job!! Highly recommended!“
“Great staff and doctors but the wait time was a bit lengthy for my elderly mom. We were there for 2 hours.“
“Great experience today 1st time at this practice everyone was professional. Abby and Dr. Furey were both patient with my 8 year old son. And Greg was very helpful and respectful with my son picking out his new frame's. Office was clean. Will be yearly patient with this practice. Thank you“
“Gavin Cohen is the best there is from his compassionate manner to his cutting edge technology and knowledge of the latest trends in eye care industry ! He has helped family members and friends from their day to day issues to much more serious issues and they are all very happy with the care they received.“
“Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful - and "Dr. J" was exceptionally thorough, professional, and reassuring when it came to answering any/all questions, concerns, etc.
Thank you Eye 1st!?“
