“In Sept 2020, we have a family appointment carefully scheduled with Dr. Teresa Hsu and Brookhaven Eye Care inside Costco Alpharetta. While we were only successful in getting one member examined, Dr. Hsu and her assistant were extremely supportive and patient with us as we wrestled with incorrect information from our insurance carrier. Based upon our experience with the one exam, Covid-19 safety precautions, and how well they worked with us, we would definitely recommend her.“

“As soon as I walked in the receptionist Rebecca said hi and walked me through the registration process. After that Sophie did a great job with telling me what to do every step of the way when it came to capturing images of my eye. Even the doctor visit after that was wonderful. He explained in detail everything that was wrong with my eyes, my at home care and then I scheduled my follow up with him.Excellent service throughout - thank you for the great service. Only thing I would have any bad comments about is the waiting room. There were only 3 chairs.“
