Very polite as they text when on the way, when they arrived, and personally thanked me when they left. In the past I recall seeing your team wear safety harnesses but this time neither man did. He spoke limited English and smiled and said “We are OK”. I told him the fall from the back side of the house would mean certain death and he smiled and assured me he was OK. Good service but unnerving to see someone that high with no safety rigging. Keep your General Liability policy paid up.
