Couldn’t be happier with Bonner Built and Morgan Risheberger. Morgan is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He goes out if his way to provide superior service to you and your family. Bonner Built is a stellar company, and I say that having dealt with several roofing and improvement companies over the past 33 years in our current Johns Creek home. The representative who made the entire process seamless and absolutely trouble-free was John Raines, an honest and really delightful young man. Very professional. The roofing team arrived on the scheduled day at 6:15 am and worked diligently and expertly until 8:15 pm. All day they worked with only a brief stop for lunch under a shade tree in our yard. Bonner Built was great to work with!! Morgan my account rep walked me through the entire process and took care of everything, from the insurance claim to the final product of installation. The roofing crew started and finished on time, and the clean up was perfect!! Morgan followed up afterwards to make certain I was happy and pleased.
