I noticed a backup in the downstairs bathroom on a rainy Saturday morning, called Septic Blue and Robert, the technician, arrived by 2:00 PM. Robert could not have been more professional, personable, described what he was going to do, explained the pricing, took his time to answer any questions, educated me about the septic system during the process along with photos he took, completed the work, and put everything back in place. When you put all these parts into place, Robert went above and beyond to take care of me. Septic Blue is truly the way to go. Starting from the phone call all the way to when Robert came out. The customer service was amazing. Robert made sure that I understood my problem and educated me on the proper way to maintain my tank. Thank you Septic Blue!!
My in-laws had a septic backup and we had used Septic Blue before. Chris did an excellent job and kept us updated on every step throughout the process. Very professional and thorough!! Highly recommend Septic Blue!!!
