Handier Than Thou came recommended by a trusted friend. Unfortunately, in our case it didn't go well. We clearly communicated the job details and scope to the owner, who confirmed them back to us. The workers were supposed to come on Thursday but we got a text from one of them saying he hurt his knee and could they come Friday instead. They arrived Friday but without the needed equipment, somehow being without the correct details of the job. They left and said they'd be back Saturday.
