I was looking to find a realtor who was knowledgeable about the real estate market in Effingham County,GA in order to sell an investment property. I was also hoping to seek the home promptly. Karen made great suggestions on how to improve the attraction towards the home but not have to spend a lot of money in doing so. She did an amazing video of the home, had multiple Open House events and even helped decorate the interior of the home out of her pocket.
